Off-Grid
An off-grid system is normally a standalone system in remote areas. Currently we have a lot of customers that
do not want to use the utility. They want to generate their own power for their homes and businesses. We
normally use the same system for grid-interactive. For big systems, such as 100kW and bigger, we normally
use the quarto inverters from Victron. With these types of systems, normally a backup generator is connected to the
system, to supply power, or charge the battery bank in the absence of quality sun.
